Hopewell Mom was charged with first-degree murder and lawful offense tyke disregard after police discovered her teenage child dead in a Hopewell home. A man who likewise lived in the house was accused of felony child neglect.

People called the police to 400 block of N 8th Avenue, at around 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

A Hopewell representative said that upon entry officers found a perished 13 years old and through a joint examination by the Hopewell Police Department and the Hopewell Department of Social Services, the couple who cohabited together, were charged in this episode.

The youngster’s name has not yet been discharged. His body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for autopsy.

The police spokesperson said that the mother, Amy FaJohn 36, of Hopewell was accused and captured of first degree murder and crime child neglect. In addition, Anthony Saunders 34, of Hopewell was also charged with felony child neglect.
